General Terms and Conditions
The operator of this website is weTours e.U. organizes sightseeing tours as part of the travel agency business. Contracts are concluded solely on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.
1. Establishment of the contractual relationship
A contractual relationship comes about with the issuance of a booking confirmation including the allocation of a booking reference number. You will receive the booking confirmation with the booking date and the booking reference number by e-mail after the booking has been completed. All agreements must be made in writing (by email).
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations by Customers
For all tours the cancellation fees will be charged depending on the time between the time of the cancellation notification and the start date of the service:
- Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 14 days or less before the event
- Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event
2.1 Cancellations by Organizer
Tour providers reserve the right to cancel tours at short notice and without prior notice. This can occur in particular if the respective minimum number of participants is not reached. The minimum number of participants varies depending on the tour offered and is stated on the booking confirmation. If a tour has to be cancelled, all participants already booked will be informed and one of the following options will be offered:
- Carry out the desired tour at a different time or on a different date.
- Conduct another tour
- The full amount is refunded
In the event of force majeure on the day of the tour, such as storm surge and black ice, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour as soon as the safety of the guests and the tour guide is endangered. The contractual relationship remains in place and the offer can be made up for at a later date. A cancellation of the tour is not possible in this case.
Sightseeing tour providers reserve the right to exclude individuals from the tour if their actions or behavior are offensive or disruptive to other passengers. In this case, the exclusion does not justify any further claims.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, the event must be paid for in advance online by credit card or Paypal. In exceptional cases, you can pay the tour guide in cash on site against receipt.
Prices are subject to change up to the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct misprints and obvious arithmetic errors, even without special notification.
4. Travel with Children
4.1 Duty of Supervision
In the case of events with children, young people or other persons who require supervision, the organizer assumes no duty of supervision. This remains with the client throughout the event.
4.2 Child Seat
If you are traveling with babies and young children, it is your responsibility to bring and fit a child seat suitable for the vehicle you have booked, otherwise the service may not be provided and a refund may not be possible in this case.
5. Duration of the Tour
Tour times are approximate and may be affected by traffic conditions.
6. Route
Sightseeing tour operators reserve the right to change itineraries.
7. Cancellation of the Tour (During the tour)

8. Hotel Pick-Up
Hotel pickup times are approximate and may be affected by traffic conditions. If the supplier is unable to pick you up from the requested hotel, an alternative pick-up location will be suggested.
9. Liability
weTours e.U. assumes no responsibility for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances or causes beyond the control of weTours e.U. Participation in the events is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability (in particular no liability for personal items and valuables).
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU has set up an “online dispute resolution platform” (ec.europa.eu/odr) to settle disputes. weTours decides whether to participate in a dispute settlement procedure in individual cases. If you have any questions about dispute resolution, we are available at info@wetours.net.
11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
In the case of contracts that are not concluded with consumers, the exclusive applicability of Austrian law to the exclusion of the referral norms and the place of jurisdiction of the competent court for the provincial capital of Salzburg are agreed. Place of fulfillment is 5020 Salzburg.
